If you had asked me at the beginning of my career where I would end up, coaching probably wouldn't have been my answer.
For over 20 years, I have worked in Education, supporting children, young people, families and school communities.
I've experienced the rewards and challenges that come with working in education, leading others, raising a family and trying to balance competing demands.
Like many of the people I work with, I know what it feels like to question what's next, to feel overwhelmed or to lose sight of yourself whilst caring for everyone else.
These experiences have shaped both who I am and how I work.
I believe people don't need fixing. They need the opportunity to pause, reflect, feel heard and reconnect with what matters most to them.
Today, I bring together my experience in education, leadership, wellbeing, psychology and coaching to support school communities, professionals and parents.
My approach is warm, honest and practical, creating a space where people feel supported, heard and encouraged to think differently.
My aim is simple:
To help people find clarity, build resilience and create positive change in their lives, work and relationships.
