  • Coaching sessions are tailored and designed specifically for each client's unique goals and needs, leveraging my DISC certification to analyze personality profiles. This helps in understanding yourself better and determining the most effective strategies to support your success and personal growth. Each coaching plan is personal to YOU and created to support YOUR goals. There are no two same coaching plans.

Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process.


Life coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.


Life coaching sessions can vary in length, depending on the needs of the client. At NL Reflect and learn, each session lasts an hour. I ask that this session is distraction free and in a space that is private.


 

  1. Initial Enquiry: Start by reaching out to inquire about coaching services.
  2. A virtual coffee conversation: Schedule a complimentary relaxed half-hour video chat to discuss your goals, challenges, and how coaching can benefit you. This helps determine if coaching is the right fit for your needs. 
  3. Coaching Agreement: Once you decide to move forward, we do all the paperwork and discuss the best way forward with number of sessions required or a personalised plan for you to reach to your goals.
  4. Goal-Oriented Sessions: We will plan the date and time of the sessions to suit you. Each coaching session focuses on your specific objectives, incorporating personalized strategies and mindset shifts to drive progress and achieve success.
